Usability Science
Usability is a science, not a matter of opinion. Using eyetrackers, researchers have measured how humans direct their visual attention across user interfaces. Our methoodology is based on the results of this research.
Different Demographics, Different Interface
Best practices for interface design vary widely according to the demographics and technical expertise of the expected users. We design user interfaces to mimic other interfaces commonly used by the target demographic because it reduces the learning curve and training required for the new application.
Strategy and Tactics
Through the strategic use of alignment, color, size, and motion, we visually stratify each component of the user interface to facilitate easy and intuitive use. We select the most appropriate design strategy based on the unique nature of the application, and the people for which it is being designed.
