We place a strong emphasis on understanding our clients' requirements and intentions in a project. We typically spend about 2 weeks in discussion, learning about project goals and discussing business implications.
Defining System Specifications
As we gather project requirements, we help our clients to explore and evaluate variations of the system. Together, we narrow down the project until it can be fully defined as a system specification that includes every input, every setting, every administrative control.
Logically Sound System Specifcations
Taking that extra step to define everything clearly from the beginning reduces opportunities for misunderstanding and increases the efficiency of achieving project goals.
